if i fixed my seat in comedk round 1 so would i will be able to report college just after the counseling

there are some rule of comdek given below i think it will help you:
- you have to be physically present for the counselling
- counselling will be organized in the notified time period.
- You have to verify your original documents and register yourself. No one can be allowed to participate in counselling without registration.
- After verification of documents, a merit list will be generated. The higher rank wise seat will be selected.
- A screen will show course-wise and college-wise availability of seats.
- Once a seat is selected, it cannot be changed.
- If the allotment letter issued to you, the authorities will have the right to cancel your allotment if you found tempered and you will forfeit the entire fees paid.
- If the original allotment letter is lost, you will lose the selected seat as well.
