if i freeze my seat in csab round 1 counselling but don't upload documents will i get refund? how to get refund?

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have freezed your seat in csab round 1 and but didnt upload your documents so you would get your refund after deducting an amount of 1.5k.
It will take around 3-4 days after the counselling has been conducted. If you have withdrawn after 2nd round then 5k would have deducted instead of 1.5k.
