if i gave jee mains and clear jee mains ,and i want to give jee advance if i am not qualify jee advance then can i get nit on jee mains ranks or i have to give again jee mains .

Hello Aspirant,
You can definitely get admission on the basis of your JEE-Main rank even if you do not qualify for JEE-Advance or qualify but unable to perform well in JEE-Advance. See NITs/IIITs only consider JEE-Main rank for admission to their engineering courses they have nothing to do with your JEE-Advance score.
So even if you don't qualify for JEE-Advance then also you can get admission to different institutions based on your JEE-Main score through either JOSAA counselling or for state autonomous institutions you have to sit for state counselling.
