Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know if you get 100 marks whether you will get nit or not.
As per my calculations and looking into the statistics this year it is a bit difficult to get top nits but if it is a little lower nit you can definitely grab a seat.
Here is a link for college predictor-

Hello Aspirant,
As we know that National Testing Agency(NTA) has changed the pattern of result of JEE-Main and made it to percentile based instead of marks based but the seat allotment process is same as earlier because seats in different institutions such as NITs/IIITs/IITs are allotted on the basis of rank secured by the candidate.
Now the marks are not the deciding factor for your seat allotment, your percentile now decides your rank and even cut-offs are also in percentile so if you want seat in good NITs then you should try to secure your percentile around 98-99 or above. Now if we want to have expected against this much percentile then by going through the latest data your marks should be 150-200 or above out of 300.
As you have mentioned 100 marks, so according to the latest data on such marks your percentile would be in the range of 94.9985943180054 - 96.0648502433078 and rank against such marks would be in the range of 46076 - 36253. On such rank NITs are quite difficult until and unless you deserves the Home state quota for them. But yes some IIITs such as IIIT Bhubaneshwar, IIIT Una, and likewise you can get.
Also note that percentile depends on the number of candidates appeared in an examination so it will variate according to that.
