The rank for given score is cannot be predicted.Because the rank depends on various factors like number of candidates appeared for exam, number of candidates qualified, number and number of candidates in your category.But 100 out of 160 is a good score and may help you to get decent rank.

The state government provides full fee reimbursement to those who are eligible.Under this candidates belonging to reserved categories are benefitted.For SC/ST there will be a full fee reimbursement of fee and for others it will be a partial fee reimbursement which means an amount of 35,000/- is reimbursed by the Government and rest of the fee is to be paid by the candidate.Only the tuition fee is reimbursed other miscellaneous fee, hostel fee etc are excluded.

If a candidate secure a rank between 1-10,000 he/she is also eligible for fee reimbursement irrespective of their category.
