with 100 percentile, you will have rank 1. for 99 percentile, it covers upto  8746 rank. for 98 percentile, rank gets covered upto 17490.

if you get a percentile above 98 there is high chances of getting an admission into IIIT. Colleges give admission on the basis of rank cutoff. IIIT rank cutoff is below 20k
