Hi

It is the percentile and rank  and that exactly matters and not the marks  while predicting a particular College, and that too keeps on changing depending on several other factor

Hi,

If you are from ASSAM state than your chances of getting admission in NIT silchar is sure. Branch may vary but you are able to get admission surely but if your home state is not ASSAM than chances are going to be less for NIT silchar. Actually chance of getting NIT seats depends upon various things and cutoffs for various branch.
