No u cant get with 137 marks . Try next year &then there's a hope

Sorry to disappoint but with such low score you will not be able to get a good government medical college as their cutoffs are very high. You can get lower level private colleges but their fees structure will not be affordable.

I would suggest you to look for other options or take a drop this year and study hard for next year examination
