Jee main score and rank is formed by several steps:
1. first jee main normalization score is calculated up to 7 decimal places by using the formula :
(100* number of applicants appeared in the particular session with raw score equal or less than)/ total no of candidates appeared in session.
2. second step is raw score preparation, normalization marks of each of the subjects, Inter tie breaking formula is applied when two or more candidates get the same score, you may follow the details in below link:
