247 in B. Arch can be considered as a good mark out of 400. It will surely get you into some reputed NITs as well. Your rank most probably be within 2200. Considering your rank might vary depending on the toughness of the paper. But it will surely be within 2500 rank at Max. Considering your home state NIT and some other NITs; this can be considered as a good rank after all.

Scoring 247 in JEE Main Paper 2 is really appreciable. You would get get a good percentile (maybe 90+) and a good rank. By topping this exam, you will be eligible to get admission in NIT's, GFTI's, School of Planning etc...
