If I get 250 rank in IIST from Sc category can I get admission in it

Hi Aspirant!
According to previous year cutoff of IIST the closing rank under SC category of Aerospace Engineering is 139 and for Electronics and Commnuncation Engineering with specialisation in Avionics is 176 but your rank is above that hence it would be impossible for you to get the admission in IIST.
