if I get 25000 rank in ap eamcet which college i will get in 2021

Cut off is college specific, category specific and course specific. Every year the cut off is going to change every year. Considering the cut off in 2019 you have chances of getting in the following institutes and branch if you secure 25000 rank

As you haven't mentioned your category we assume that you belong to general category. The cut off for AP EAMCET 2020 is yet to be released. Cut off changes every year depending on various factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
