Hey,
With 288 marks, you will get a rank between 264920-281164. You can check here
Based on previous year cut off you have chances of getting a management quota MBBS seat in Deemed Universities through All India Deemed University counselling. At the rank you're getting, through SC reservation you will not get government medical colleges. Some of the colleges in which you have a chance of getting a seat are-
- Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad ( through SC reservation)
- Shree Balaji Medical College and Hospital, Chennai ( through SC reservation)
- Vinayaka Missions Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal ( through SC reservation)
- Santosh Medical College and Hospital, Ghaziabad
- Dr. DY Patil Medical College and Hospital, Pune
- Rajarajeshwari Medical College, Bangalore
This is based on the Round 2 seat allotment of All India Counselling 2019.
With that being said, cut off varies every year depending on various factors such as the number of candidates appeared in the exam, the number of candidates qualified, the top NEET marks and difficulty of the exam.

Thank you.
Dear aspirant
At first lots of congratulations for your result and wishes for your future life. Judging by trends of previous years I can assume your score is around 28-300000 . So I am afraid to inform you that with your score your chances in All India counselling are almost negative for the 15% seats as well as for the government colleges in state counselling for 85% seats despite of your SC category. . If your category was ST then there would be chances for you in state counselling.
Though you can get some good private colleges like
Santosh Medical College and Hospital, Ghaziabad
Dr. DY Patil Medical College and Hospital, Pune
Rajarajeshwari Medical College, Bangalore
Etc .
However you can check for cut offs of previous years here
