if i get 300 to 400 marks in neet then in which colleges i can apply for low fee admission?

I hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that you question does not have all the neccessary details like course you are looking for, exact marks. If we assume your marks is 350 then your predicted  rank will be around 204334-244484 approx (85 percentile). At this rank i am sorry to you hold very low chances to get a admission in mbbs low fees colleges. But if we assume you want to go for BDS course then you look for the following options :

1. Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi

2.National Institute of Homoeopathy, Salt Lake, Kolkata

3.North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda and Homoeopathy-Ayurveda Shilong

4. JB Roy State Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata, West Bengal
