I would like to tell you that nowadays the competetion is very high and at this score if is difficult to get admission in a government college of any state with any category.But i would like to suggest you that you Can surely go for private college and you can also even drop for a year and then next year you can come out with an outstanding rank and then join the mbbs seat of your desired college.
