Hello there, the cut off of last year was very high and no doubts this year is paper was quite less difficult so this can not be said that the cut off will fall off. It can climb or descend too. So the choice of filling on marks depends. Your marks can not get you the mbbs Or bds college but you can fill up the bhms bams bpt colleges for sure.

Based upon the marks that you have mentioned, your choice filling of colleges should be mostly private colleges and deemed universities for 85% State Quota seats (considering the fact that you are from general category). Management Quota may come handy. Getting a government seat is not possible with the marks that you have not mentioned, you will most probably have rank in between- 246358-262168.
Now for reserved category, there may be difference circumstances for the candidates.
