CUT-OFF:
As you have not mentioned your caste it would be difficult to determine the expected cut-offs. The cut off will be based on a number of factors including the difficulty of the exam, number of students appeared, number of seats, etc.
The general candidates must obtain a minimum of 50th percentile while those belonging to SC/ST/OBC category must obtain a minimum of 40th percentile and physically handicapped candidates must obtain 45th percentile in order to qualify for the all India rank list of NTA NEET 2019.
400 would be a very good score and it would certainly fetch you government seats across all categories but as the testing body has changed we could expect certain changes in the cut-off. Please use this link to refer previous year's cut-off and details about NTA NEET 2019 - https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/nta-neet .
ALL THE BEST!
Do well. Score above 400 atleast to get into government colleges without any hassle.
please comment if you need further clarifications.
Thank you!
