If you get 400-430 marks in NEET UG Entrance Examination, I am sorry to say that you wont get any government MBBS Seat. You must atleast target for a score of 510-520+ to get a seat in your State via State Quota.

However, if you are willing to pay huge amount of money (which sometimes amounts to 70-80 lakhs total), you may get an MBBS seat in a private medical college.
