B.V.Sc seats are filled through NEET score for 15% All India Quota. And so the cut offs are usually higher. So you will need more than 500 if you want a seat in B.V,Sc under All India Quota. So you cannot get a seat in B.V.Sc under OBC Category with a NEET score of 450. If you wan tot study B.V.Sc you should try your State Entrance examinations for B.V.Sc because there the cut offs will be lesser.
