See on such marks and category it would be difficult to get any government college according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that the cut-off marks for government medical colleges generally stays above 480-490 marks slab through State quota counselling so being a General category candidate your aim should not be less than 500-520 out of 720 marks especially for Government medical colleges in Gujarat.
