It depends on the cutoff scores and that can not be predicted. It changes every year depending on factors like no. of students, difficulty of paper etc. You can refer to following link to know the previous year cutoff and get an idea of cutoff trends.

Sorry to say that but with these marks your chances of getting a seat in government medical College is difficult but you will surely get a seat in private medical college
