See if we go through the latest cut-off trends for NEET for Government Medical Colleges through AIQ counselling then on such marks it's quite difficult to get any GMC but yes if you want it through state quota then as per your profile you belongs to Tamil Nadu and in Tamil Nadu also the cut-offs for GMCs are quite high around 550 marks for General category so if you want GMCs then I would recommend you to go for some southern states such as Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and so on because on such marks you can get management quota seat in some GMCs.
