Aiswarya, you haven't mentioned your Category. Beverthless, in 2018, the cut offs for various Categories for Kerala have been as follows:
General Category: 558
SC: 385
ST: 278
Now this is 2018 data and we do not have 2019 data yet and cut offs change ever year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If you belong to General Category,with a score of 530, you might get a seat in Government Quota of Private Medical College. But if you belong to Reserved Categories, you might have a chance in GMCs. But you should score atleast 575 and more if you belong to General Category and want a seat in a GMC. You have no chances of getting a Govt. college with 530 marks as you need to get a minimum of 550+ marks to get a seat in Government Medical College. This score is neither too bad nor too good score. The admission mainly depend on the cutoff of your domicile state. You can get a seat in private medical colleges for MBBS. The fees is from 2.5 lakhs to 8 lakhs. The fees differs from college to college. Most of the colleges have fees around 3 lakhs. You can't get a seat in Govt. Colleges with this score.
The fees in Pushpasri Institute of Medical Sciences is Rs. 2,520,000 for MBBS course.
