Hello dear,

Is dependends entirely on the difficulty level of question paper. Since as per 2017 , 570 score were pretty much safer but trend might change or remains same what is not in your will.

But what's in your control is to prepare best and give your 100 % before you sit in exams .

See bro it is still can't be said that is 580 is the score that will assure you a government seat in the medical college because the marks can. Never be predicted that how much to score and all because it never depends on a single factor it depends on the multiple factors of the examination but as per past history this much score is good to get into government medical college.

hi darshinee, as Dr.Nikita already pointed out, nothing can be told with absolute certainity, but from previous trends 570 is ofcourse a safe bet, but if you belont to any reservatin or if you have state category as well, you are more likely to get through easily, and its good to always aim higher. NEET 2018 Examination is most likely to be held on 10th May (Thursday) 2018 . NEET 2018 Application Form will be released in the month of January 2018.good luck do well

Nothing can be said with absolute certainty unless the results for NEET-UG examination for the year 2018 are out.

A lot depends on the level of difficulty of the question paper and how many students end up performing well in this examination. These 2 factors decide the cut off every year. Yes, 570 is a pretty good score but the cut off scores can go higher than 570 next year. They might drop down. Anything with absolute confidence can be said only after the results are declared.

However, a score above 570 should keep you on the safer side.

As per last year, we can say that you will get.

But, this may vary this year so I ask you to read more and do well and score well. So that you can be more confident.

All the best.

Hello Darshinee,

As per your query about marks cutoff, you must be knowing that there is All India Quota 15 % and State government quota 85%...

Cut off by All India quota is always higher than state quota..Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc..It will vary for each group. The Cutoff also vary in Government, Private and Deemed University,Also difffer college to college even in government /private/deeemed.The marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper

BUT GOING BY PREVIOUS YEAR TREND A MBBS SEAT is obtained around 480 - 600 marks range..

So if  going  to  previous  year marks you will definitely get the government medical college seat with 570 marks.

To increase score Some strategies that you should inherit to boost your performance

1. Make you own time table , Shorter and achievable small targets.

2. Focus on limited books - NCERT + Some reference

3.Finish your full syllabus n a fixed time frame of 3-4 monts.

4. Solve MCQS daily in a time limit - Understand where you are doing most mistakes, Correct it, retry

5.Whatever you study throughout the day make sure that you revise before going to the bed

6.Concentrate More on weaker subject

7.Give equal important to all the three subjects.

8.Understand all options of previous year MCQS ...As EXACT question is not repeated BUT related questions are....

9.Give mock test in between to assess yourself.

10. Have patience and be positive

11.POSITIVE SURROUDING - Discuss with friends who can help you stay positive not the one who brings negativity.

12.Correct your mistakes

13.Maintain your health

Don't think about the result. Be cool and devise a strategy for solving the paper, like which subject to attend first, what time is to be given for each subject, rough work to be done with pencil, leaving doubted questions initially, etc.

Above points will definitely help you

Regards

For general category ,

AIQ cut off according to 2017 was about 550 .

In 2016 it was around 504 .

With state quota the cut off is going to be less. Since you have not told about your domicile so i can't predict according to it. But even if we go by AIQ--

570 is going to fetch you govt. Medical college.

But i would suggest you not to go with marks . because difficulty level matters and so cut off changes everyyear , sometimes a drastic change as we observed this year.

Solve last year question papers and keep a higher target so that according to difficult level , you would surely get the best.

All the very best

I hope it helps

Hello

If you get 570 marks it is more than obvious as per the tally of Neet marks of the all the previous years that you should be getting a college decent enough in your state comma perhaps even at the all India 15% quota level in some respectable college in a good state

However the marks is not absolute it does depend on the yearly question standard as well as a performance of all students and your percentile in that regard

For scoring maximum you should be following some standard textbooks, if possible referring to the NCERT or study materials from Aakash aralon since there very well formulated as per the requirements of the Neet exam

You should be making your own notes especially on topics of current electricity and electromagnetism as well as mechanics in physics, principles of reactions in organic chemistry and co-ordinate and covalent compounds in Physical and Inorganic Chemistry, biotechnology microbiology botany and zoology in biology

You should be giving as many as possible of time bound insecure examinations which help you work with your questions selection and time management skills and also assist you in minimising your possible negative marking and getting the maximum possible marks in any MCQ examination

Most importantly revise what you write or read and don't stress yourself out on a particular benchmark of getting marks, just put in your best effort and hope for the best

Hope this helps, thank you

Hello friend it is difficult to predict cut off.  However, 550+ score will almost make sure that you will get into medical college. To increase score, you have to learn from your mistakes and make sure you never repeat them again. Keep solving more MCQs.

All the best !
