Hello there,
Hope you are doing well. See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks .
As NEET 2021 All India Counselling and state quota counselling of many states haven't even started yet ,I cannot tell you about the exact NEET 2021 cut-off score for GMCH, Chandigarh.
But,I can tell you the NEET 2020 score and closing AIR for the college . Through All India Quota for a general category candidate ,it was a score of 677 with a closing AIR of 776 and through the state quota counselling,it was a score of 591 with a closing AIR of 24231.
From your profile I saw that you belong from Karnataka,so if you want to get into GMCH, Chandigarh you'll have to go through All India Quota Counselling. Now,day by day students are performing exceptionally well in the NEET exam . So, my advice for you will be to have a target score of atleast 680+ to get the college through AIQ. With a score of 635 it's very unlikely.
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :

Hi aspirant.
The cut off for GMC Chandigarh through All India Quota is as follows-
General- 677
OBC- 686
SC- 608
ST- 612
EWS- 678
For state quota counselling, the cut off is-
GENERAL (male)- 583
GENERAL (female)- 601
SC (male)- 474
SC (female)- 424
CP (unreserved)- 411
CP(OBC)- 234
If you have Chandigarh domicile, you have very good chances of getting into this college. However your profile suggests you belong to Karnataka. I suggest you try for government colleges of your state- you have good chances of getting into government colleges in Karnataka. All the best!

Hi Manoj, Government Medical College (GMCH), Chandigarh, in 2018, had a cutoff of 637 for General Category and in 2019, it had a rank cut-off of 360 for Unreserved Category. In 2020, it had a General Category cut off of 653.
