If i get 69 marks in jee main and my sc rank =5898 can i get admission in svnit for integrated msc in maths course

yes you should get admission in the department of your choice with SC category since last year's OPENING CUTOFF was 5061 and CLOSING CUTOFF was 8648 in SC category admission of ROUND 1.
