According to 2019 JEE qualifying cut-off , the minimum required score for general category candidates to appear in JEE advanced was around 89. For OBC, it was 74 and for other categories, it was lesser. Since you haven't mentioned your category, it is difficult to give you the accurate answer.
The cut-off for qualifying the JEE mains depends on factors such as the number of candidates appearing in the examination, difficulty level of examination, number of seats available, the number of applications received for a particular course, etc.
The qualifying cut-off will be released by NTA, and this is done in order to screen the candidates for JEE advanced.
