If I get 75.8% in 12th CBSE boards,will I get admission to Computers science and engineering course at Anna University?

•the candidate must be 10+2 With 50% +TNEA.
•And the package is 55,000 per year.
•And the infrastructure is also good and well maintained.
•And the placements is good with MNC companies.
•The faculty of the university is also well trained and good.
