Hi!
Scoring 80-90 marks out of the total 720 is not a decent score. If we see the last year cut off i.e NEET 2019, it was a score of 134 out of 720 for the general category. This cut off is the least marks you should score in order to get admission in Government, Private or Deemed Universities. A student scoring less than the mentioned cut off will not be considered as NEET qualified.
But, the best thing is that you are opting for BPT (Bachelor's in Physiotherapy) which does not need a NEET score card for taking admissions. You can surely go ahead by applying for admissions in many of the private or government colleges offering a BPT course.
Some Universities do conduct a qualifying exam but it depends on the university under which you are wishing to pursue BPT. The only requirement needed for your admission is your 10+2 score which must not be below 50% with Physics, Chemistry and Biology being compulsory.
Here, I'm providing a link of the list of colleges offering BPT. You can go through them and make the decisions accordingly.

Hope your query is resolved now.
Hello student,
Firstly, to get admission in any college through neet you need to qualify neet from belonging to any category. There are cutoff marks for each category. Generally, the cutoff goes around 133+ gor general to 107 for SC/ST/PWD. So, minimum you should get this mark. Now for any college there is different cutoff mark provided by the college itself. So if you clear that cutoff then you will be able to get admission. However to predict your college you can use careers360 neet medical college predictor link:
