In order to take admission, You need to register on the website of University of Delhi, If you meet the cutoff, the programme you wish to apply then you can get admitted there. The admission is based on the merit list for UG programme, You didn't mention the programme you wish to take the admission, The cut off varies to each programme, you can check the each round cutoff programme wise with the given below link.
