Hi dear I hope you are doing well.  In jee mains for general category to get seat in NIT your percentile will be approx 97. As you mentioned that you percentile will be approx 90 so it is very difficult for you to get seat in IIT and NIT in computer science branch . I suggest you to focus on the April  jee Mains examination so that you get good marks...if you want to get seat it in any government college then for 90 percentile you will very difficult to  even get GFTI college but not sure that you will get a computer science.
