12th marks has no role for admission in nits, its on the basis of jee main rank only.
120 marks in jee main is roughly around 40k rank

Hope you are doing great ! Your class 12th marks doesn't matter for getting iit or nit colleges , so Focus on jee mains only ,if you get 120 marks in jee then neither iit nor nit will you get ,to get a decent nit you need to score at least 140-150 and for IITs ,you need to qualify jee advanced ,after qualifying jee mains . So work hard , getting a nit or iit is not a cup of tea for everyone .
