if i get a deemed college in 1st round itself bt don't wanna go wid it..will they refund rs 2 lakh ?

yes .if you donot want to join in the college alloted to you in the first round but you have paid the fee and took admission , if you get another college in round 2 and are willing to join in that then the money you paid in the first college and the admission will get transfered to the second college in which you have been alloted and are willing to join.
