Yes, once if you complete you 3 year diploma in a recognised university or college you can take admssion in B.tech 2nd through lateral entry.You can then pursue you B.tech in Computer Science Engineering  state government colleges or private colleges.Depending on the university or college you are choosing the admission criteria changes, you may either have to appear for entrance exam or direct entry which is based on merit in diploma.
