Hello student,
The admission through deemed university occurs through All India counselling.State counseling for state quota seats (85%) & private colleges including Management quota seats will be conducted through state counseling authority.
For deemed universities there will be 2 round followed by a mop up round. Now, after 1st round there is provision of free exit that means no charges will be deducted. And you can participate in state quota seats and take admission there without any penalty. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-counselling you can follow this link too.
But if you leave after 2nd counselling then your 200000 rupees will be deducted.
Hopefully this will be helpful.
