If I get a seat in AI round 1 in neetpg .. N after that I get a seat in my state Till when can I resign from my AI seat n wht r penalties?

Since it is too late to answer your query, During the first round counselling in All India Quota seats if you accept the allotted seat & want to resign then last date to resign was 3rd April, 2019, I hope you have done successfully.
