If I get a seat in Round 4 of JoSAA Counselling and I did not pay seat acceptance fee,Can I participate in CSAB SPECIAL ROUND?
Yes you can participate in CSAB special round as a fresh candidate. If you do not pay the seat acceptance fee in round 4 your candidature will be cancelled and you can not participate in the rounds upto 7th round.
After the completion of 7th round you can register yourself as a fresh candidate and can participate in CSAB special rounds.
