This is a choice that you have to make. Because if you are allotted a seat in All India Counselling but then want to appear for State Counsellings, you may have to forfeit the security deposit if it happens in Round 2. In Round 1, you do have Free Exit option and so there is no penalty but if you want to quit the seat allotted in Round 2 and move to State Counseling, then you may have to forfeit the security deposit.

Counselling process is very tough so it is most important thing not to be tensed during it and keep calm yourself. Simultaneous counselling is very confusing.
At first you don't need to submit original documents in any counselling. Normally it is to show the original documents and submit their respective Xerox copies . This year physical reporting to respective centres is not going to happen most probably so scanning and uploading is the most probable thing. So you don't need to panic. If scanning and uploading is the ways then you will have no problem and in case of physical reporting you only need to show the original and submit the photocopies or Xerox copies.
