Well, if you get a seat for any college in the 3rd round, then let ne tell you that there is no freeze /slide/float option after second round. What does that really means is that if you get a seat in any round after 2nd and you have choosen float in the 1st or 2nd round, then if you get a seat after that you will be eligible to move further till the mop up round and in the last round the seat which was choosenfor you will be automatically alloted to you.... But in case you have choosen freeze option in 1st ir 2nd round then you won't be able to move further till the last round...
