According to the official prospectus available at http://bfuhs.ac.in/PMET20Online/Prospectus1.pdf. those Candidates who have not been allotted a seat in Round 1 can participate in Round 2 of Counselling. Those Candidates who also want to upgrade or change their allotted seat also can participate in Round 2 of State Counselling.
