if I get admission CAP round through in mumbai bharti vidyapeeth can i transfer it to my admission in Pune Bharti vidyapeeth is it possible

No, it is not possible to transfer your admission to bharti Vidyapeeth pune as you have to get seat in that college but you can ask the college if this is possible to do. But i dont think you can transfer your admission from one college to another.
