If you get CS in first rohnd and cutoff is highest for it, then chances lesser to degradation of specialization as you might not get chance in second rounds.

You have to attend first round of counselling, then you would have chances of branch upgradation in 2nd round counselling .....and that will be good for you from my opinion.......you can visit their websites and get the exact process........all the best

Hi suresh for getting a seat in the second round you have to first go to the reporting center with a yes up gradation letter which will be available on below in your counseling window.Tell them that you want to upgrade and wanna sit for the 2nd round counseling.That's it.

If you're willing to take part in 2nd round, you need to leave the first option. So .better not to go for 2nd round. As DU is the best university.  Take wise decision.

Accept the seat in first round and then wait for 2nd round if u get cs then accept it your branch will be upgraded
