Hello aspirant,

As you got upgraded College in Second  round of State Quota Counselling as well as All India Quota Counselling, if you decide to go with seat you got in All India Quota Counselling then you need to cancel the seat you got through State Quota councelling. Then your security deposit amount will be refunded but registration amount won't be refunded. Those seats will be converted into Virtual Vacant seats and other students have chance to choose them in Counselling.
