If I get any seat in josaa counselling in 2nd round,is it compulsory to report at reporting centre;even if I do not want to take that seat.

Yes, it is a compulsion if you want to continue in the JoSAA 2019 Counselling Procedure. If you choose to exit from the procedure, do not go and report at the reporting centres. But if you wish to continue, then accept the seat for now. You have 5 more rounds left and in these 5 rounds a lot can change. Better complete your document verification procedure and reporting at the respective reporting centre. And wait.
