First of all you need to knwo that CSE and EC are two different branches for engineering. So you better know what will be the best option for you.

Comparing these branches then, CSE is a much better branch because of good career prospects in future. But this may only happen if you have interest in CSE.

You need to identify your interest and choose a branche according to your your interests.
