See the qualifying cut-offs are only good to qualify for JEE-Advance not for admission because for e.g. last year for General category the cut-off was around 87 percentile but for General category, no NIT is possible through counselling with such percentile. So NO, only cut-off marks are not enough to get admission into any NIT.

However if you are General candidate and wants to get into any NIT then you should at least try for 99+ percentile in JEE-Main 2022 for top NITs and for average NITs 97.5-98 or more percentile will also be the decent score  .

See the qualifying cut-off percentiles which needs to be cleared by any candidate to sit in JEE-Advance is released along with the final result of JEE-Main and for JEE-Main 2022 the final result will be released after all 2 attempts will be completed and the final result will be on the basis of your best score amongst different attempts.

As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2022 result so for now you can get an idea from JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-offs that are enlisted below :-

Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2022 but previous year's cut-off.
