if I get exact 50% in my 10+2 in GSEB BOARD in both theory and practical am I eligible to give neet and AIIMS and if I have good ranking in neet with exact 50% in board then can I get aiims seat ??

According to the eligibility criteria for AIIMS , you must have passed STD xii Science with PCB subjects and English from recognized board with minimum of 60% aggregate marks for General category and 50% of aggregate score for SC or ST category.
So if you are from general category, you are not eligible for admission to AIIMS but for any other institutes for neet eligibility, minimum 50% marks are required in PCB for general category and 45% for SC/ St.
If you have scored minimum 50% in PCB then only you can be eligible for appearing in neet .
