if I get fail in my first semester and clear it after in my back exam so I want to ask that will my final result and degree contain any sentence that I had a back in my 1st sem and will it make any impact on my career?

Hello there. I would like to tell you that if you clear your backlogs before your final result, your result will contain the marks only without any mention of your backlog. Moreover, there won't be any negative impact on your career since your final result will be passed and your backlogs will be cleared by then.
