if I get good ranking in jee mains then it is possible to study at iit or nit with feesless

It cost around 1-1.5lakhs per year in IITs or any other betech college.because hostel fees are high but colleges fees is very low as compare to hostel . so if you get college in your city then it cost around 20,000 only.

Not fees less but you can study with negligible fees at IITs and nits if you get selected at these colleges and you show income certificate there.
