Yes definitely you can get admission depending upon your NEET UG score because there is no any requirement of 75% marks in class 12th to appear in NEET UG. See eligibility criteria for NEET UG says that the General category candidate should secure at least an aggregate of 50% marks only in PCB combination in his/her 10+2 and should have passed in English subject as well.
